CHAMBER REWARDS RULES OF PARTICIPATION

General Rules of Participation:
- Your Chamber membership has to be in good standing to be eligible to participate.
- Your card must be scanned at events to earn points for attending. No card, no points.
- You have to be present to win a prize. No face, no prize.

Monthly Prize Rules:
Monthly prizes are awarded at the monthly Chamber luncheons. You must be present to win. Points earned at each luncheon apply to the following month. Point earners who have earned 3,000 points by the luncheon go into a drawing to earn a prize which is valued at $25 or more.

All members start over at 0 points toward eligibility for the next monthly prize. The Chamber office tracks the accumulation of members’ points for eligibility toward the quarterly and Grand Prizes.

All points earned after a December luncheon go toward the next year’s points.

Quarterly Prize Rules:
Quarterly prizes are awarded at the March, June, September and December membership luncheons. You must be present to win. Point earners who have accumulated 10,000 points by the quarterly luncheon go into a drawing to receive the prize which is valued at $250 or more.

After that quarter’s luncheon all members start over toward eligibility for the next quarterly prize.  The Chamber office tracks the accumulation of members’ points for eligibility toward the quarterly and Grand Prizes.

All points earned after a December luncheon go toward the next year’s points.

Grand Prize Rules:
The top ten point earners for the year will be announced at the December membership luncheon. These finalists will be entered into a drawing that will take place at the Installation and Awards Celebration in January.  Any points earned after the December luncheon go toward the next year’s points.

For the 10 finalists, tickets with his/her name on it will go into the drawing. The number of tickets for each finalist will correspond to every 500 points earned over the year. (Example: Susie Brown earned 50,000 points and gets 100 tickets, Joe White earned 47,500 points and gets 95 tickets and Patty Black earned 39,000 points and gets 78 tickets toward the drawing.) The top ten finalists do not need to be present at the December luncheon for the announcement, but must be present at the Installation and Awards Celebration to be eligible to win the Grand Prize.

Top Point Earner Award:
In addition, to be in the top 10 finalists for the Grand Prize, the highest point earner for the year will be recognized at the December luncheon and will receive two complimentary tickets (value $120) to the Installation and Awards Celebration in January.
