2017 ANNUAL CHAMBER BBQ
Friday, July 21
11:30am to 2:00pm
It’s Hot dot dot dot
Friday, July 21 it may reach 103 degrees. Of course, we picked that date to have our annual Member Appreciation BBQ at Busy Bees Embroidery, located at 541 E. Monroe in Kirkwood.
Bev and David Collin always make this a special time for Chamber members. Bev is making her world famous pulled pork and some fabulous deserts. The Chamber Board pitched in to provide Burgers and Brats prepared by Hanlen’s Fine Meats.
As a special event, we will bring back the “Ducky Derby”. Purchase your duck for $5 and you may win a “Ducky Derby” trophy and a $50 gift card!
Many cold drinks will be provided to keep you cool, and Bev said if it just too hot, you may go in the house and enjoy the air conditioning. Whatever you choose to do, just be sure you attend. The fun begins at 11:30 a.m. and ends at two. Be there for a while, or the full time. The pool is open - feel free to jump in!
Call the Chamber office at 314-821-4161 or visit www.kirkwooddesperes.com to make your reservation. (we need to be sure there is plenty of food)
Sponsored by the Chamber's Board of Directors.
Directions: Take E. Adams to Woodlawn, go right to E. Monroe, turn left. Their house is on the left at the corner of E. Monroe & Clark.
