Sales / Community Liaison Responsibilities:
- Call on and develop productive relationships with healthcare facilities, practitioners and organizations that serve the elder community to generate sales for both Private Duty and Medical Staffing.
- Join, attend and actively participate in area networking, chamber and community organizations.
- Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals. Utilize CRM and coordinate efforts with other team members.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Present well to clients, peers, referral sources and business/community leaders.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills.
- A working knowledge of health care in home and institutions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of successful selling experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to complete training and utilize BrightStar CRM.
- Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Maintain integrity, professionalism and accountability.
- Maintain well-groomed, professional image.

This is not a remote position and is based out of a corporate office in St. Louis, MO. Join a fast-growing centralized team of tax advisors providing virtual tax preparation and review services to clients who’ve begun their individual tax returns using H&R Block’s do-it-yourself program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Download and complete client tax returns through a virtual platform
Communicate with clients through a variety of mediums, including telephone and email.
Analyze tax information provided by clients and deliver a timely and high quality client experience
Demonstrate tax expertise by completing accurate returns and dedication to impeccable client service by providing timely and helpful responses to client inquiries
Research complex federal and state tax issues to ensure client’s tax returns are accurate and complete before filing
Other duties as assigned
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field plus two years of tax preparation experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience plus one year of tax preparation experience.
Skills and Experience
One year of tax preparation experience
Completion of an H&R Block training course with a passing grade on the final assessment
Knowledge of tax law sufficient to understand and explain most elements of personal taxation as they apply to H&R Block’s client demographics
Ability to interpret, analyze, and correctly formulate solutions to both routine as well as highly complex tax situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
Knowledge and experience with a Windows-based computer system
Enrolled Agent, Attorney, or CPA
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
