The things we are looking for are the following:
- A recent achievement (ex. won an award)
- A milestone (ex. 5 years in business)
- An anniversary (either personal or business related)
- A birthday (come on, let's celebrate!)
- A noteworthy update (ex. a new team member or a new location)
- A Shout Out (did another member do something for you that you want everyone to know about and celebrate - this is perfect for that!)
